Types of Documents

We are able to commission or notarize a wide-range of documents which includes:

 

  • Statutory Declaration for Entry into Canada for Extended Family Members (Form IMM 0006) (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/coronavirus-covid19/visitors/immediate-family.html)
    • For this document, sections 1, 2 and 3 must be completed (including the extended family member's signature in section 3) before we meet.
  • ​OSAP Affidavits
  • RIN Letters (Service Ontario or an automobile dealership may have asked you for this notarized letter in order to register a vehicle in the name of a corporation. You can download a free template at www.rinletter.ca)
  • Invitation Letters
  • Name Change Applications (please ensure that all pages are completed - except your signature section)
  • CCDC 9A/9B Statutory Declarations
  • Sworn Statements for Gift of a Used Family Vehicle (both the donor and recipient must sign in front of the notary public/commissioner of oaths)
  • Life Certificates
  • Insurance Proof of Loss Forms (please ensure all blanks except signatures are filled in - you may need to obtain this information, including dollar amounts, from your insurance company)
  • Travel Consent Letters (https://travel.gc.ca/travelling/children/consent-letter)
  • Out of province/country real estate transactions (It is best to e-mail us these documents and instructions from your lawyer so we can determine if we are able to assist, and provide you with an accurate quote.)
  • Certified/Notarized True Copies of ID's, Degrees, Transcripts, etc. (Please note this type cannot be done via video conference and must be done in-person.)
  • Statements of Conscience or Religious Belief
  • Custodian Declarations for Minors Studying in Canada (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/study-permit/prepare/minor-children.html#toc2)
  • PEBC (Pharmacy Exam) Applications
  • Birth Certificate Correction Statutory Declarations
  • Most other statutory declarations or affidavits
  • Many other documents which must be signed in front of a Notary Public or Commissioner of Oaths
